My name is Chris Hooks. I dispatch for independent owner-operators out of Oklahoma City, and I built OnTrack because the tools I needed to run this job the right way did not exist.

I started OnTrack Hauling Solutions to give owner-operators real dispatch support — load booking, rate negotiation, broker communication, and all the back-office work that keeps a truck moving and a business profitable.

Over time, two more things became clear. There was no straightforward way to learn dispatching from someone who actually does it. And there was no software built for how a small dispatch operation runs day to day.

So I built both. The OnTrack Dispatch Dashboard is the software I use to run my own operation. The OnTrack Dispatcher Training Course teaches what I do, not what I read about.
